1. Scope of Application
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Site by users qualifying as "Consumers" under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
1.2. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase the products. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller sends the Customer an Order Confirmation via email to the address provided.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in case of product unavailability or obvious errors in the displayed prices. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
3.1. All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process before payment.
3.3. Payment Security: We accept [Stripe, PayPal, Credit Cards]. Financial data is never stored on our systems but managed directly by certified payment gateways via encrypted SSL protocols.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the estimated times during the purchase (normally 4-7 business days).
4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer when the latter (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
5.1. Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
5.3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer.
6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
6.1. All products sold on the Site are covered by a legal guarantee of 24 months for conformity defects, in accordance with current regulations.
6.2. In case of defect, the Customer has the right to repair or replacement of the goods, or, if this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Site (texts, logos, images, graphics) is the exclusive property of LuminAge and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Data Processing and Marketing
8.1. If the Customer has given specific consent (opt-in), they may receive marketing communications via Email or SMS. The Customer has the right to withdraw such consent at any time using the methods indicated in each communication.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions attributable to force majeure (strikes, extreme weather events, internet network failures) that prevent the execution of the contract within the foreseen times.
10. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
10.1. The sales contract is governed by Italian law.
10.2. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court will be that of the Consumer's residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State.
