Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Personalized or sealed products (for hygiene reasons, such as underwear or opened cosmetics) cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to our address indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.

You will receive instructions on the address to which you should ship the package.

Ship the item via a courier of your choice.
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect due to our fault.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: The refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Sale items: Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be subject to refund (check specific terms during promotions).
Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at our email address with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
